Trans.eu Assistant – application for me
To satisfy expectations of our clients, we have released an application which will facilitate work on the Platform, especially for those who got used to the previous Trans.eu version. Thanks to the Assistant, an icon signalizing new messages or monitored offers will be visible on the Windows taskbar all the time. The application will become active right after starting the computer, thanks to which it won’t be necessary to log in to the browser or keep its window open.
What will Trans.eu Assistant inform me about?
With the Assistant installed on your computer you will be up-to-date with all the operations on the Platform. Assistant notifications are accompanied by the legendary Trans sound signal, which will let you know of any important events.
In real time you will receive:
- new messages from the messenger with a twinkling envelope icon,
- new offers of vehicles or loads from the tabs you follow,
- notifications of the most important events in the system.
How to get started with Trans.eu Assistant
You can download the Assistant yourself following the 3 below steps.
- Download the Trans.eu Assistant on https://www.trans.eu/en/assistant/
- Click the download file and run the installation. If you work on the office computer, get assistance from the IT department in your company.
- At the first start, log in to the Trans.eu Platform in the browser. In the bottom right-hand corner you will see a notification. The Assistant is ready to work.

Remember! Thanks to the Assistant you won’t miss any important messages and using one screen will be more comfortable with the Assistant working in the background.
