Refresh freight publication

Method avail­able for freights pub­lished to freight exchange, pri­vate exchange and pri­vate exchange brand­ed. Freight pub­li­ca­tion can be “updat­ed” every 15 min­utes, with­out the need to add a new freight. Refreshed freight will appear on the top of freight offers list
