End of support for the old Trans.eu API

Dear Sirs,

We would like to inform you about the API uti­lized by your com­pa­ny to con­nect with the Trans.eu freight exchange.

In ear­ly March a com­plete migra­tion of all users to the new prod­uct became a fact, and all of them are now using the new Trans.eu Plat­form.

The new Plat­form enables a num­ber of pos­si­bil­i­ties that were not reflect­ed in the old API. There­fore we have devel­oped and now we are shar­ing a new API that is 100% com­pat­i­ble with the Plat­form and ful­ly reflects the log­ic of the new prod­uct.

Bear­ing in mind all imple­ment­ed and func­tion­ing inte­gra­tions, we have made it pos­si­ble to tem­porar­i­ly use it to com­mu­ni­cate with the new Plat­form with­out the need to make changes on your side. How­ev­er, in order to pro­vide our users with a full range of pos­si­bil­i­ties and com­pat­i­bil­i­ty with the new solu­tion, we are plan­ning to dis­con­tin­ue sup­port­ing for the ear­li­er ver­sion of the API.

Due to the planned activ­i­ties, we encour­age you to inte­grate with our prod­uct through the new TRANS API. All the nec­es­sary infor­ma­tion about the new API can be found at https://www.trans.eu/api/.

It is also pos­si­ble to use the mass addi­tion of freight on our Plat­form via .csv files. Instruc­tions on how to use this option can be found at https://help.trans.eu/l/en/freights/import-of-freight-from-a-csv-file 

All that needs to be done to take advan­tage of the inte­gra­tion with the new API, is to fill out the appli­ca­tion reg­is­tra­tion form avail­able at https://www.trans.eu/api/register-your-app/

The cur­rent solu­tion will be turned off on Sep­tem­ber 30, 2021. After this date, the only work­ing API solu­tion will be the TRANS API described and doc­u­ment­ed at https://www.trans.eu/api/
